International?

I'm a student with a 3.87 at a fairly good public high school. (in top 50 best schools) and I'm a junior! (I haven't taken SATs yet, but i'm shooting for about a 2100, I'm only in 1 AP class right now, and i'm taking all honors) I just started looking at universities overseas. I'm a dual citizen to the U.K., so I'm specifically looking at school like St. Andrews, Kings, and Edinburgh. I am NOT applying for any sort of finical aid, so does anyone know the chances of an American paying full tuition getting into these schools. Also can someone describe the process to me? I'm a beginner to this whole thing! Also, my dad went to Cambridge, does anyone know the process about applying there? Even if I'm not the smartest person in my school, do you think I have a chance at Cambridge? (even with a legacy?)

Thanks

You would apply as a UK citizen educated outside the UK. You need to contact each of the universities that you are interested in, and find out what to do. What they ask of true international applicants may be quite different than what they ask of someone in your situation.
