Can anyone comment on the opportunity for internships for Computer Science majors at the University at Buffalo?
I’m a MechE at UB with a comp sci minor. Internships are very easy to get as long as you put in the time in class, and put in the time on applications. I know freshmen (comp sci majors) who got an internship the summer after their freshman year. I know sophomores who got internships in Japan, worked at Harvard, Google, Intel, etc… as long as you know the material covered in classes and work on some interesting projects, the sky’s the limit.
