International students who are looking for to transfer,
please give some idea/opinion/comment for me!

Although I've been studying 4 1/2 yrs so far, I do not have a good TOEFL score
and I don't really wanna spend $170 a time to take that stupid test again...

I looked up school admission requirements and I found out that
although the school recommends the score of 100 as a minimum(IBT),
if the prospective students have been studying in States for longer than
at least 4 years, then they can waive it.

If my score is 98, should I request to waive it or should I just
send my score even though my score might undergrade my application?
