Interpreting PSAT scores

Smart people, please help me out. Where on the collegeboard website, or elsewhere, does it explain how the PSAT is scored, including the curve? I seem to remember when S took the SAT in seventh grade that each incorrect answer is worth a minus .25 and unanswered questions don't count off. I'm trying to figure out how S got a 67 in math when he only missed two questions (he did skip three). I know there's an easy explanation, but I can't find it. Thanks.

About Scores
Kids get a point for each correct answer (omitted questions can't yield correct answers) and .25 off for each incorrect answer to calculate the raw score. So although skipped questions don't "count off" they lower the total number of points that wrong answers are deducted from.
