i've gone on the website but cant seem to figure out exactly what intersession is. anyone know?

Intersession is a 3-week period in January between terms offering short enrichment classes and informal experiences. As I'm sure you discovered on the website, there will be more information available on the Intersession page in the fall.

is it required?

It's not required, but it's included in the tuition. You can pick up some credits or just take a fun class. Or you can stay at home, travel, whatever...

intersession sounds so great. ahhhh....

4 week winter break lol. :)

I'll be going down to Miami.. heh, just kidding (maybe :O)

i am gonna make friends w/ people from warm climate areas and spend intersession with them instead of up here in Central NY... lol

Hmm...a 1 month break seems a little long to me. Since it's included in tution I figure I might as well get the most out of it. :p

how many credits can ypu get from an intersession course?

i doubt u can squeeze in a semesters worth of credit in 3 weeks... prob not much

hey Kams, you can come to Cali with me! buahaha. We can mingle with cows (central valley, ya know) but go snowboarding in the sierras! ^^. SF is really nice in the winter as well.

forget nocal, socal is the place to go.

six flags, disneyland, knotts, universal studios..

not to mention all those gorgeous beaches

probably 3 or 4 credits b/c you can only fit in one class during intersession...hope that helps! :-)

is it included in tuition? i thought it wasn't...but then again, i'm wrong alot!

Yep, it's included in your tuition. I'm definitely doing this-- but that means only a 2-week winter vacation (at home). Oh well.
