<p>No, wherever you go to school, you will have to complete FAFSA. FAFSA a federal form. The results of FAFSA are sent to your school (in whichever state you go to school), and they will use it to determine your eligibility for federal aid and for institutional aid (if the school offer any institutional aid). Some schools will also require a form called CSS to determine eligibility for institutional aid.</p>
<p>California State aid such as the Cal grant is only available to CA students who go to school in California.</p>
