Interview Etiquette - who pays the restaurant bills? I am really confused.

i really enjoyed reading this thread…laughed out loud.

Umm… I think it’s safe to say to just go with the flow.

I officially announce this matter to be closed. I see the thread proved to be pretty controversial  I had both interviews today and they were Fantastic and the interviewers amazing. I went there early and bought a drink. My columbia interviewer did not even buy anything for himself. He just asked questions and talked while I drank my lemonade. Same about my Upenn interview - I took my coffee and she already had her tea on the table. Everything went much more smoothly than I thought it would. I think suggestion that its better to go there early and get whatever you need will really help you avoid certain awkward moments.

Good Luck everyone on your interviews.

I LOVE IT! Columbia 2002 calling someone ELSE DUMB.

TELL US HOW BRIGHT YOU ARE COLUMBIA 2002.

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH YOUR COLUMBIA EDUCATION other than your 4000 posts?

And reliving your apparent ‘glory’ days as a student at Columbia.

What have you done with your education?

How many business interview do you conduct yearly?

DUH, IT’S OBVIOUS … says COlumbia 2002.

The only ****ing thing that is obvious is that COlumbia 2002 is a perfect example of a waste of an Ivy League Education.

Oh, and you do get paid for posting here? Do you? I mean this is how you buy your ****ing subway ticket, right?

^^^ lol stockguru. relax, this is not the first time, and definitely not last, when Columbia2002 will stir things up on this forum and try to make everyone else feel stupid. The questions you posed are legitimate although I think they are more rhetorical questions and everyone can even guess the answers.
