thanks Dance5257. does anyone know how many people are getting interviewed for Drexel Medical College, and how many people are actually admitted?

(This is from another thread)
In 2008, Drexel got 1202 apps (for the BS/MD program), forwarded 400 of those apps to the medical school, gave out 120 interviews, accepted 65 people, and out of those 65, 20 actually enrolled.

So basically, at the interview stage, there’s a 50/50 chance of getting admitted (aka for once, the stats are on our side, haha).

drexel bs/md = rejected without interview
union/albany = already had interview find out 1st week of march
case ppsp = got in undergrad said will find out about interview first week of feb
temple med scholars = haven’t heard from. i know materials have been forwarded to medical school

Case PPSP - interview
Northwestern HPME - interview
Wayne State MedStart - interview

have yet to hear back from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio State, and WashU. i applied to PLME too, had my Brown undergrad interview, but i don’t think PLME interviews students specifically for the medical school.

I submitted my Rensselaer and Union Albany supplements on Jan 19 has anyone who submitted their supplement close to that date heard anything back about interviews?

I don’t know if Union/AMC sends interviews in batches, but they did have an interview day last Friday. As for RPI, I’m in the same boat as you. I haven’t heard anything yet.
