k, I’m meeting an alumni for an interview… he said it was just to make sure I wasn’t a danger to society or the school (lol), kinda cool informal guy. What do you think he’ll ask me?

"Are you a danger to society?"

har har har :P

My daughter was interviewed last week and one of the questions was "How would your friends describe you?"

how were you informed of interview and when. when was you app complete. my d hasn't heard anything yet and her ed app was mailed nov 1 does this mean anything

I sent mine in in separate packages... each at different times, but I finished my essay and sent it in during mid october. well I recieved my ID and PW from Brown just before November 1st, probably late october, and they allow you to check the status of your application. I got a call from an alumni asking me if I wanted an interview shortly afterwards.

At what point should I be worried and call the admissions office to see about an interview?

I would suggest that you call them if you have not heard by Thanksgiving.

Just got an email.

One thing though: this guy gradutated like 10 years ago, and most of the questions I have, I'm not sure if he can answer. Also, I don't really have very many questions, because I know a lot of people there, so I have already asked my questions to them. Should I just ask fake questions?

Use it as an opportunity to tell him about yourself instead of asking fake questions :) If he asks you a question, use it as an opportunity to steer the discussion to a direction which will highlight your good points.
