any advice for interview?:P

Go with questions, but be well informed. And be specific when the interviewer asks you stuff. ANd don't worry about it too much. Unless you're a horrible, horrible human being in person and not on paper, it probably won't count against you.

hehe:P be well-informed about ... Brown? about the departments, about your intended major at Brown, about what?

Yeah, basically. Know kind of why you want to go to Brown.

Any More Interview Advice!^_^

Wear pants.

Bad experience with that one...

lol&&anyone else

Have a real conversation with your interviewer. Don't force a specific topic on to the table and just be honest.

I think I had a really good interview. At the end of the interview (mine lasted nearly 2 hours b/c we were talking about philosophy and the like), my alumni said "well, I'm glad we had such a thoughtful conversation. I was afraid of another boring formal interview."

And now (since I was deferred ED), she calls me every week to see how I'm doing and to have a short convo about Brown and/or philosophy. She's given me lots of pointers on "yielding success in the next round." It's nice to know that there is someone fighting for you.

how much weight does the interview really have? lol

I don't think the interview can break you, but it can certainly help. (if that makes any sense at all)

any pertinent information i should know going into the interview?
