I have a serious question, something that’s been seriously bugging me recently.
I understand that interviews can both be an advantage and just utterly irrelevant, but sometimes you can really predict the way things will turn out with a school from your interview. For example, my friend had a very OK application but had an over hour long amazing and engaging interview, and was accepted to Harvard.
However, every single one of my interviews have been under 30 minutes, awkward and either really fast and straight to the point or silent half the time. (For Yale, Princeton, and UPenn)
I feel like it’s a bad sign.
Then again, that is the way all my conversations with new people go, since that’s just the kind of person I am.
What do you think?
