<p>Its an interesting position that immerses you into the business world and keeps you up to speed on all the transactions, I think its very interesting. Also I want to get a job and make money right outta college for a few years before going to grad school. I know I-banking is extremely intensive work and I'm hoping that will be good preparation...And its always good to have work experience on the resume.</p>

<p>Many people wash out of i-banking. It's a high-paying career, but it's also very intense and draining. When people talk about the 100-hour workweeks, they're not exaggerating at all. Read the book "Monkey Business", a true story about two former i-bankers and their accounts of Wall Street. I-banking is extremely stressful.</p>
