<p>WallStreetOasis.com is probably the biggest banking-related site. Tons of college kids trying to get/going through banking interviews. you’ll have to sift through a lot of flaming, but there is some decent information there.</p>
<p>Maybe check out elitetrader.com also, though I’m not quite sure if that’s what you are looking for.</p>
