I had planned on purchasing a new laptop however due to an unexpected vehicle cost I did not. This leaves me with an iPad and desktop. All of my classes give us power points to fill out as far as notes go. I would prefer if possible to use my iPad for this instead of just printing out the pp's. I was curious as to what app everyone else was using for this. Last year I used good old acrobat reader however I am finding it to be pain this semester. Was hoping to get some thoughts and opinions on this.

In case anyone is wondering I am gonna use Documents2Go and just add notes and to the powerpoints. The professor puts up the full slide when we finish the chapter but wont do it before…go figure.

If you’re taking notes on Ipad, Notability is your answer.

The app does cost money but it’s completely worth it in the end. I use Notability and its one of the best apps out there. This app allows you to type out notes in various formats, to highlight, insert images/videos, and organize them into unlimited categories. The app is also rather fast so you don’t have to worry about delays.

You can also open up doc and PDF files on Notability. I think the current cost about $2 but it’s worth the cost.
