<p>its not hard. You download the music and put it onto itunes. iTunes sends it to your pod.</p>

<p>happystudentsmom, gettting best buy to listen to me in the store was impossible. it was not a good experience. i left, spoke with apple on the phone, they agreed to replace it. then i called best buy back to ask for my $29.99 back--why should i pay for that when i am taking care of it myself? then best buy said that if apple would replace it, they would take care of it themselves. why all the headache in the store? it was really one of the most unpleasant situations i'd been in lately! i sent it off to best buy friday, so we will see what unfolds.</p>
