<p>So, back in the Dark Ages my mom sent me to college with a mini ironing board and a travel iron. I used it maybe twice but both times it was for an interview so they turned out to be pretty useful to me. Fast forward 30 years and now DD is off to college in a month...does anyone know if Balch has any access to an ironing board or irons? I hate to take up the space, but I also hate for DD to be stuck with wrinkly clothes for an important event. Any thoughts?</p>
<p>I’m going to be in Balch next year, and the official Balch Facebook page says that irons and ironing boards are located in both of the laundry rooms in Balch. </p>

<p>Definitely recommend it to her! I’ve found it really helpful as it includes FAQs and a list of recommended items to bring, and you can ask your own questions and the RAs reply really promptly. You also get to meet the people living near you; the page includes a spreadsheet where you can enter in your room number and see who is down the hall. There is also a list of who the RAs are so you can meet your RA before you get to campus!</p>
