The fact that Kevintech is a biology majors makes things even more complicated because we all know about the numerous amounts of classes, and not to mention the difficulty, that biology majors have to take. Essentially, it could take up to 6 years until you receive your bachelors. I say you transfer now to UCSD which is well known in the sciences. I believe UCI is just as credible as UCSD, or almost up to par.</p>

<p>Dangdang, I wouldn't be really wasting a year. I'd make the most of the year by getting research and pharmacy experience done. Plus, I still have physics to complete along with genetics and molecular biology. And I have the honors program with me so UCLA shoudln't be a question - except this year haha.</p>
<p>I'll be sending in my appeal this monday. A counselor from UCLA said its the strongest appeal she's seen in a while. I'll keep hoping...</p>

<p>I am Pol S major, and have UCLA, UCB, UCSD. THere is no point of going to UCI for me.UCI Pol S department is not that great</p>

<p>Um, I think my chances are "OK". It's not as good as other appeals that have grade changes and such, but another student appealed last year with the same reason as mine and got it approved. So I'm hoping it'll go through. I woudlnt' mind starting UCLA this fall instead of fall 2007. :]</p>
