is 2 months of prep enough???

1810 on the October SAT (This is what I actually got)
-----> 2150 for the March SAT (This is what I want to get for the March SAT
-----> 2300 for the June SAT (This is what I want to get for the June SAT

Is this sensible? If I prep for 2 hours everyday for 2 months, is this an achievable feat?! thanks.

It depends on you. Some people prepare enough by just doinig practice tests for 2 weeks ; other people prepare for hafl an year memorizing tons of vocabulary and doing a lot of practice questions and tests from different sources and still don`t do well enough.

For those who are done with the sat, how long did you prepare and to what extent? How much of an improvement did you guys make?
Just wondering, I've been prepping for about three months, casually, and am taking the SAT this month.

like Ivan_Stanchev said, everyone is different and it depends on how hard you study and how much you do. to me, 2-3 months is a lot! I studied a few times a week for a month, using the blue book to do math practice and for CR I did vocab study sessions and stuff, nothing big. 240 points is a big jump, but if you work hard and see your score improving during this time with the practice tests and such, you should be able to reach your goal.

350 points in 2 months is not very likely, but it's not impossible. If you prep well (do some searches on this board to find out what that constitutes) you'll at least break 2000.

I'm not clear on this one. You plan to increase another 150 points in 3 months without prepping? Hmmmmmmmmmm.

honestly it is highly unlikely.
