<p>I am going to major in Economics (BS) and I was wondering if it would mean anything to minor in mathematics as well. Will it get me better job prospects and is it worth it/anything?</p>

<p>Yes it actually is. In most cases, a minor adds no value whatsoever. The only time it does add value, is if it is math (or possibly physics). I would definitely add the math minor if you have room.</p>
