<p>erm. I dont know, but I would just do it. The only pain is the test, otherwise you can just fill whatever bubbles for the survey. It took me about an hour, no biggie.</p>

they sent a follow up in the mail that says part I has to be done by september 18.</p>

But just to be on the safe side, you should complete it. </p>
