So I've taken the SAT twice so far (in high school at least) and on one test I did poorly and on the other I did very well. But, on the bad one, my CR subscore was 30 points higher than on my good test. Should I send both to colleges I'm applying to or score choice them so that I only send the good one? Here are both scores:

Bad:
CR 720
Math 590
Writing 620
Total 1930

Good:
CR 690
Math 800
Writing 670
Total 2160

Possible superscore:
CR 720
Math 800
Writing 670
Total 2190

I just don't know if 30 points is worth showing schools my bad scores, especially that putrid 590 in math. What would you guys do?

It depends on the school. The basic principle of “superscoring” lies in the fact that colleges will weight only the highest sections from all tests.

What order did you take these in? Wow, 590 to 800 in math? If you got 800 on the last one, than I think it’s ok to show both dates because you improved so much. If it’s the other way around, don’t show it. Otherwise it looks like you kicked *** in math and then didn’t try the second time around.
