I was thinking about going to my friend's house for about 3 weeks, but it seemed a bit long...
and I have no money T_T</p>
<p>The apartment will be empty and I guess it would be relaxing, but will it be really depressing to stay at home???</p>
<p>I need to buy the plane tickets today if I'm going so....</p>
<p>is anybody not going anywhere for x-mas/stayed on campus during xmas before?</p>
<p>Well, Thanksgiving Break is coming up before that and I'm staying at school. They're making everyone clear out of the dorms, though, and making you pay to stay in a hotel. It sucks. I am going home for Christmas.</p>

<p>I only live like an hour from my school, so it's not a big deal, I usually go home for like three days Dec 24, 25, 26 and then come back to school and hang out with my friends who are from here. I also live in an apt though. If I didn't, I would be forced to go home for three weeks to the middle of nowhere like I did freshman and soph years when I lived in the dorms.
I think I would be kind of sad to be away from home on Christmas because I wouldn't get any presents or yummy food! But other than that, I don't really miss home at all bc like I said it is in the middle of nowhere and there's nothing to do.</p>

I wanted to fly to my friends house but like I said 3 weeks maybe too long and my parents dont want to pay for the plane tickets... and they were like well you already paid for your apartment anyhow, you should invite people over =_=. I'm like.. no thanks. Geez I gave them like 300 dollars too because they needed it too!</p>
<p>Where would I go? My college town is now my hometown as far as I'm concerned. My mother passed away 4.5 years ago, and my dad had a mid-life crisis - started dating a chinese woman, sold our family home & moved to China. So um... yup, I'm staying here in my apartment.</p>
<p>I'm going to be splitting time with 3 friends. I unfortunately live over 5000 miles away from my college so I won't be going home till Summer. ughh...</p>
<p>I'm going home for Christmas. However my family just moved from Florida to Texas so this will be my second time going to my new home (first is thanksgiving.) I just hope we have a house instead of an apartment by christmas! It'll be exciting exploring new territory but I've spent most of my life in Florida so all my high school friends are there.</p>
