Is application fee sent with Form A/Supplement?

Or can I send the fee after I send the rest of the Common App? I'm shipping off my supplement tonight so I can get an interview, but I don't know if I should pay yet.

Anyone know?

Here is info from the Duke website: Duke uses the Common Application plus the following supplementary forms: the Student Supplement (Form A) and the School Report Supplement (Form B). You may submit Form A before or with the Common Application, and you should include your non-refundable $75 application fee (payable to Duke University) or fee waiver request with the form. You can apply either on paper or on-line. Click on the tabs below for more information about each application method.

You need to pay when you submit the first form--I think that is when they start a file on you and know you are a serious applicant.

Is it just me, or is Commonapp's Payment form broken? I clicked submit only to see a blank page, and it suspiciously warns to "Click SUBMIT only once!" at the top of the page.

It also says: "NOTE! If you experience any problems with your transaction you should contact the college DIRECTLY to make arrangements for payment." But wouldn't that take too long?
