I was recently accepted to Appalachian State University, and I wanted to know what y’all think about it’s Biology program. Is it well funded and would it be comparable to the program in UNCW?
My mom went to UNCW and I’m pretty sure that they have a stronger biology program (especially marine biology, if I’m not mistaken they have their own submarine). However it’s probably a more competitive atmosphere at UNCW for bio than it is at App. I personally applied to both schools in November hoping to major in psychology or philosophy.
