That just makes it sound like it’s really easy. It’s not really easy, the other chem classes are just harder.

I didn’t say the class was easy. I just said it’s considered the easiest of the chem classes you would probably take.

However, I personally would say it was one of the easier classes I took at UCSD. I got an A in it in my first quarter, which was my slack-off quarter.

Chem6B was more like “Woah I have to actually learn concepts instead of regurgitating formulas and simple rules” and I actually had to kick the study skills up a notch.

^One of the easier classes you’ve taken at UCSD! You need to take some music classes or something! I know you meant, and I agree that 6B was definitely harder but it was just the way you said it that made it seem like it was really easy.

Well, I barely took any GE’s…at all… and I personally think the ethnic studies ones are harder because I struggle with dealing with TA’s and their subjective grading with essays.

The only “fun” class I took was VIS1 (Intro to 2D art) lol. And I sucked at that… the artsy TA would rape all my artwork and the class (50% being art majors) would criticize my artwork and laugh when I went up to talk about my piece of s*** art. I kept reminding them that this is all for my GE haha. I was literally the entertainment/confidence-in-your-own-art booster in that class. I ended up taking that one for P/NP. I swear, it was hard to compete for an A in that class because you got these people that would dedicate hours to this super DEEP and super MEANINGFUL painting and then I would go up to present a poster with a crappy collage of magazine pictures that I spent 10 minutes the night before, making.

After that experience, I just stuck to what I’m good at… my own major classes.

Sorry to double post but I also wanna add that after completing all LD sciences courses and Ochem Series, plus a few upper division Bio courses…

I still think DOC was the hardest s*** ever… It was crazy.

I would definitely get kicked out of any art class. I can’t do art at all. If it’s harder than a stick figure, I can’t do it. Anyway, the Beatles class was the easiest class of all time. All we did was sit and listen to the Beatles!

so its ok if we get the book without the aris card right?

go ahead, but we can’t predict what your professor’s going to end up doing. just email him/her and ask.
