Do I also need to buy both volumes? Also, it's kind of weird that all the reviews about the two books are positive and five stars. The people who reviewed them also have only one review in their reviewing history, which says that they are probably workers from the Direct Hits company. Just saying.

I’ve seen a lot of words on the SATs that are covered in direct hits. I’ve looked through the Barrons, the 1000 common sat words from sparknotes, and other vocab flashcards, but by far, direct hits is definitely the most concise, yet thorough one. It’s also my personal favorite. The example sentences that the author of Direct Hits uses are very fun to read, and it doesn’t even feel like you’re studying. I think every person can benefit from using those two volumes in a short amount of time.

Direct Hits is a very accurate book. It has had the most ‘hits’ (pun?) for SAT sentence completion words (vocab words) since the past few sessions. Even more than Barron’s Hot Words.

If I just have Direct Hits Volume 1, is that enough? or do I need both books? :P

I’d suggest getting both.
