is emory for me?

I am a Junior and have a 1990 SAT. Ive only taken it once and im SURE i can do much better. My weighted GPA is a 4.4. I have lots of extra curriculars (sports, newspaper, community outreach program) . 'white private school girl'. Leadership: Xaverian Leader, NHS, captain of 2 sports teams, Coach freshman girls basketball at school.

I am not really sure what major I am into yet but I am very outgoing and talkative. I leaning toward polysci, business, communications, journalism, or law. Although I love bio, chem and physics were really NOT my thing. So I am very apprehensive about how I would do in a science program.

What is the emory crowd like?
I ghuess I would say I have a very social, sarcastic, confiendent personality type. I like people who are outgoing, opinionated, interesting, talkative, and well-read.

I really like the campus but I am not sure what makes it 'the school' for me.

Business, polysci, and pre-law related fields are all good at Emory. Communications and journalism leave something to be desired, although Emory does have a (small) journalism program.

The Emory crowd is really a mixed bag. There are a lot of stereotypes that all have some truth to them, but you will find your niche if you look hard enough. If you're social and put yourself out there you should have no trouble finding similar friends.

Though I have to warn against posters who will just say "Emory is awesome!!!". There are a lot of people who really love Emory and a lot of people who transfer.

thanks alot!
