Is FAFSA first come first served?

I’ve been told FAFSA is first come first served so I submitted in October.
I went back to add a school onto my FAFSA cause I realize I wanted to apply to another school but then it said I have submitted FAFSA again. Does this mean that I won’t be one of the “first ones” that applied anymore?

I live in California btw.

No, you will still retain your “place in line” for the first set of colleges that you submitted FAFSA to.
