Is it bad if I got bad scores after one good score?

Hi, I have taken three SAT tests so far and I got >1500 for my first test but <1450 for the other two tests. Will it look bad if I have to send all my scores?
Also, I was wondering if there’s no disadvantage to use the score choice policy when the school allows it.
And for those schools which say that SAT essays are optional, is it really okay not to write the essay?
