Is it bad to list relatives on an application if they never gave any money?

Not close relatives but an uncle or cousin. Thanks

They gave money when they chose to attend by paying tuition.

Throw them on that list. :)

Any other thoughts?

Definitely list them.

My son listed two cousins who had gone to one school he applied to. He got a really nice letter from the college, saying they appreciated hearing from kids whose relatives attended the school. My son got accepted. Of course we’ll never know if the cousins had any influence but listing them certainly didn’t hurt. Oh - and they never gave money and most likely received financial aid.

Ok, thanks!
