Is it cheating to have copies of past IB tests?

I am a Full IB student. I have found several websites in the internet hosting nearly all past IB tests administered in the last 15 years. It is a huge database. Some of these tests even come with solutions and explanations.

So my question is:

1) Is it legal to obtain these copies of the tests?

2) How do people obtain copies of these tests?

3) Do IB tests recycle questions year after year?

This would be interesting to know, as I am a pre-IB student who will do this later. I'm bumping this. :P

it's legal...(for example IBschools usually uses some past paper that don't need to be sent to teach future students)

go to **************.co.uk there is a subforum of IB and there a guy will tell you where is the database(look at those stickies)
3.usually not, if they do then they will change something, so you won't find exact equal things, just some similar things as every exam/contest do.

btw the best way to be good in IB is by past papers :-)

unknow why CC skip it with stars...
the direction is "the student room dot co dot uk"
without space

It's not cheating. IB releases those tests the year after the exam to the teachers. My teachers even makes us packets of past exams for practice.
