wait is that true that two 5's, a 7 on the DBQ, and 65 on the multiple choice is a 5?

Anyone that read AMSCO would say easy FRQ's.

I am pretty much the only one in my school who hated the DBQ. I didn't know anything about it since I decided I'd slack off the week it was taught :(

well I know the DBQ certainly had to do with war, i was talking about the Big 4 Wars as we called them in my class - Revolution, War Between the States, WWI and WWII

FRQ topics were so boring. CB should at least pick interesting topics since AP graders have to read the same thing over and over again. I feel bad for them! Ha

@ AKittka:
That's sortof ironic because I took Euro last year and thought that this year's USH's essays were harder. I guess you could say I sortof lucked out with the one last year on the French Revolution.

maybe they were harder, but i just felt more confident with my essays this year than last year.

I thought the DBQ and FR were really easy...But that's just me. MC was a joke.

I finished with like 25 minutes left. I was like the first one done. It really bothered me i thought i had missed something. Did anyone else finish the writing pretty fast?

I thought the essays were relatively easy... especially number 5.

DBQ was a godsend. I'm counting on like an 8 for that thing. I did 2 and 5 and i think i actueally started talking about Pocahantis at one point in essay 2 :(

both 3 and 4 were easy IF you knew the terms the question used. the others you could've BSed. the dbq was dead simple. It'll be harsher curve though.

It scares me to see everyone on here talking about how completely easy everything was. I agree that the DBQ was pretty simple, but #4 caught me off guard. I didn't like the choices for the second FRQ at all.

5 was so easy! If you knew anything about FDR, you would've aced it

Thank god because all i did was talk about FDR. I focused more on his policies than the actual political loyalties etc. I mean i mentioned them but i wasically talked about FDR and just said his strong support from the voters enabled him to do all that stuff.

Sazari: Did you mention the shift of african american voters from republican to democrat? I think if that was included in the essay, it's an automatic 4.

Yea i did, but i said it was because of economic conditions and race relations. IDK if thats right

i think i also mentioned dixiecrats...i hope they ignore that part.

Last year's Euro essays were definitely easy. The DBQ was on such a broad subject so lots of relevant information about authors could be put and POVs were really obvious. I also had an FRQ that I actually remember doing something similar in class. It was why the Soviet empire fell and I gave very detailed examples of Ceaucescu, Yugoslavia, and the people of Russia.

i thought they were okay.
which ones did you guys choose?
3 & 5. i thought they were easier.

my teacher swore that the topic for the DBQ wasn't going to be part of the free response.
another topic of the free response, she said would never ever show up.

& obviously, she was very wrong!

Wait, I put mainly FDR for #5. I said that after him the people were loyal to Democrats and especially to him because he had 4 terms. I also said that the period changed United States politics.

the MC really scrwed me over cuz it was really specirfic...i think there were like 6 questions that i eliminated till i had 2 choices, and i had to guess on those. I also omitted every specific question that asked for names...ex authors etc

for the frq...they were just so freakin bizzare...come on, a market revolution??? the new south??? ***....arghh
