<p>How much does it change things if the school was overseas and therefore not regionally accredited in the US? I'm also curious what counts as a secondary institution. Secondary school starts earlier in other nations.</p>

I would say that if you took courses in another country comparable to what you would have taken here, you should make an effort to have a transcript sent. Otherwise I wouldn't bother.</p>
<p>Well high school. I'm an incoming first year currently. So your dual enrollment transcript has to be reported after undergrad? (Well I suppose there is even more compulsion since that credit is reported on my UVA transcript -- which only has advanced standing credit at the moment.)</p>
