Is it not necessary to send my senior report?

Well, I just got into University of Chicago.
However, in its ThickEnvelope website, I cannot see any request of my full senior year transcript.
Actually, I remember that I there was no section for submitting my grade in my online Midyear report
So I do not need submit the senior report and just give information regarding housing?

i thought we had to have our final transcripts sent by june or july 1.

Oh ! I see that there is a final school report form.
So, if my grade declined quite much in my final semester, can my admission be canceled even though my grade of high school in total is in top ten and graduated with academic excellent award?

no need, you're in. congrats!

just don't be an idiot... just keep working and maintain grades on par with what you had before.... having said that, I'm sure that they expect that, being seniors, we may slide..... A LITTLE BIT... I think Ted O'Neill even made reference to this in one of his convocation addresses... just don't go ahead and fail stuff, 'cause I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate that

soo! i finished school on november!! so my transcript hasn't change anything (almost) except for thre IB diploma which i got in January..should I send that?Probs I should write an email huh?

From Ted O'Neill's 2009 Convocation speech:

"We hope, just because you imagined that when you arrived you would catch a whiff of the corpse of fun, that you didn’t delay your departure. Maybe you thought you got the wrong letter! Or, that we changed our decision – we found out that you didn’t study for your calculus placement exam, or read The Iliad, or memorize French idioms, or, that we really paid attention to your spring semester C- in AP Chemistry – that instead you went to the beach, de-tassled corn, or drank a root beer – things no University of Chicago student is supposed to do. But – we don’t make mistakes, and, stare decisus –the decision stands (for the next day or so, the Latin phase newscasters will take the most pleasure in saying), stare decisus, unless you really think those old judges didn’t know what they were doing – stare decisus – “you’re stuck” is the English translation."

Well, since Korean school academic year ends in fall semester, I have already finished my high school course. So, I can send my full final report right now. However, i got quite bad grade in my final semester since I took too difficult course in my major and had some health problem.
So, I am quite much worried about that. Will they cancel my admission?

I would write an email explaining the health situation or include it in extra info on the transcript

just dont get Fs

Well, I got C+ in that high level course, and GPA in the last semester is B0

GPA = BO - as in body odor? So you're saying it's bad?

Most likely it was a typo - so my post won't make any sense soon. Oh well.

As long as you don't completely fail, you'll be fine.

Well, I think C+ in my major(biology) and B0 in average is really bad grade
I got A+ in all my mojor courses and A0 in GPA for each semester except for that final semester
