<p>Ok mr impatient. It’s generally not a good idea to take mechanics of materials concurrently with statics because usually that class requires you to know all the statics material day 1 and you may not cover things like center of mass and moment of inertia until the end of statics. That said, if you’re willing and able to learn/practice needed material on your own it’s possible. If you were really smart/disciplined enough to take them concurrently, something tells me you wouldn’t be on CC asking frantically and posting about taking 18 credits of all science and engineering in one semester. If you want to be an engineer, internalize and analyze.</p>
