Is it okay to take the French SAT II for native speakers?

<p>Hello everyone!</p>

<p>Here's my situation: I am planning in taking French with listening for the SAT Subject Test, which as you know, is classified as a Foreign Language.
However, due to my past experience I fluently speak French, which is why I actually chose to take French along with Math level 1 for the subject tests. I am an internal student.</p>

<p>Do you think that college admission would disregard my French score knowing my background?</p>

<p>Go ahead and take it. I know many Asians in my school who have taken SAT Chinese/Korean/Japanese. Same with Hispanics and others. If English is your 1st language then take it</p>
