Is it possible for me to make it into these colleges?

I'm a sophmore in high school and here is what I would have done( or planning to do) by the end of high school.
3.98 GPA (unweighted and A- counts as 3.66667)
11-12 AP + IB
34 ACT ( right now I am getting 33's)
2300 SAT (right now I am getting 2100's)
3 SAT subject tests (bio, chem, and math level 2)

EC:
DECA- 2 years
FIRST robotics- 4 years; leadership; very prominent in our community and won many awards.
Model UN- 3 years; leadership
Rotary Interact- 4 years
Spanish club- 3 years
Band- 4 years; leadership
National Honors society
Tennis- 3 years; leadership; varsity senior year
Track- 4 years; varsity junior year
Jazz band- 2 years
Volunteering at Hospitals- 120 hours
regular community volunteering- 200 hours

Additional Info:
I skipped a grade ( one year younger than all of my peers)
taking very high leveled classes (taking calc 3 at a college senior year)
planning to get mostly 4's and 5's on my AP tests and 6-7's on my IB test
Aspiring to become a doctor

I was wondering what my chances are of getting into Johns Hopkins University. Some other places I was thinking about are Boston Univeristy direct med and Northwestern direct med. Also please mention if there is anything else i must do in order to improve my chances. Thanks

Also to add:
I am second chair french horn in our upperclassmen band ( which is really good), and junior and senior year I will be first :)
I am also planning to go to the JHU summer program they have for high school students. I also want to know if that helps my chances of getting in. Thanks

When you say direct med i’m assuming you are talking about the 7 year programs? Anyway I think you have a good chance if you do actually get 2300 on SAT and 34 on your ACT. Don’t automatically assume that you will though. Your grades and ECs look good as well. Just keep up the good work–it’s still a bit early for you.

Oh and in terms of JHU summer program, I’m pretty sure it doesn’t help with admissions. It’s just a way for you to take some courses, meet some people, while spending tons of money. If you really want to do, then go ahead. But don’t do it just because you think it will help with admissions.

You are jumping the gun a bit. Your test scores right now are N/A, NOT 2300/34. Also, Junior year is the hardest, you may find your grades sinking with all of the time you have to devote to your many activities.

It is too early to call anything.
