I mean is it possible to send all my information including, essay, Toefl score, recommendations, everything except Sat scores (i want to send them one month later) and will it count as a early desicion? I can send everything in September except Sat score, I'm not prapared well for them so i want to practice more in order to write it well, but i also want to apply early at umich, becouse it is my top choice, and wil application without sat scores count as an early desicion? and will thay wait for my scores for about a month or so?

They will only review your application when it is complete. That means until you have sent your SAT scores, your application will not have been reviewed. Michigan is a rolling admissions school, not early decision. By sending in some other things like essays, you will have started a "file" with Michigan. They will know that you intend to apply and will wait for the rest of your materials to arrive before looking at your app.

Yes i know that they won't look untill everything is on the place, but will it increase my chances, will it count as early desicion/action?

and what does rolling admissions school mean?

rolling admission means that there is one deadline. You can apply at any time before that deadline. Applications are reviewed as you send them in, and you'll get a response usually within a few weeks. The earlier you apply, the easier it is to get in. There's no early decision, early action, or regular decision.

and is date fixed when i send all the information except sat, or the date is fixed when everything is sent, including sat?

Your app won't be reviewed until you send your SAT scores in...so the date won't be fixed until the SAT scores are in.

Your "application date" is the date that you submitted YOUR portion of the app & the app fee. But as has been said, it can't and won't be reviewed until all the piece are in.

Applying early has some benefits, but not if your application isn't complete until months down the road. Some gap between applying and being complete is okay/normal/expected. If you're interested, you should apply promptly, and now wait until your test scores are done so it will be 'complete' all at once.

thanks................
