UW's winter application is now open, and I just want to take a peek at its contents so I can prepare myself. But it would save my progress as I move through the pages. Is it safe to go through the application and fill out some stuff without fear of being "binded" to the quarter?

I don’t know if its safe, it might bite back. JUST BE CAREFUL

I wouldn’t recommend it. If it absolutely kills you and you cannot possibly wait for October 1st, than do it. The safest choice is to look over the PDF copy of the application from last year on the admissions page.

I just want to know the essay prompts and everything. It also wouldn’t hurt if UW released their standardized test ranges for the class of 2015…lol

Are you a freshman? If you are it’ll only confuse you because they ask you specific questions about why you want to transfer to UW and why now. They also ask you how your major is connected with your career goals - the Essay for the freshman application was completely different.
