Is it too late to take SAT subject tests in time for early action deadlines?

Simple problem. I wasn’t able to take subject tests earlier this year because of conflicts; the October date later this year is, I guess, my only shot. My question is, since scores take ~5 weeks (?) from the testing date to arrive, is it too late to take subject tests in time to make early action deadlines? E.g., OSU’s deadline, which is November 1st.

Do schools accept scores and consider them in admissions decisions even after the application has been submitted? Also, is not having subject tests a death sentence when it comes to getting into a large state school like OSU?

Scores take exactly 2 weeks and 5 days. If you take it on October 3rd, you should know the scores by about 22nd.

I asked all my EA schools and they said they take October test dates
