Is it true Berkly has a good botany program?

...and what makes it so good?

Oh gosh, Berkly has an awful botany program. I’ve never even heard of it! Berkeley might have a good one. I’m not sure.

Bahahahaha.

I always smell people smoking exotic types of plants on campus, so I would assume that they have an excellent botany program!

You should try Brkly. I heard that school has ranked number 1 since Jesus Christ was born.

Lol SHUT UP! I had to do this really fast at school when I wasn’t suppose to be on the computer let alone a forum site.

I wonder why they made the school’s name so difficult to spell ¯_(ツ)_/¯

So like is no one going to answer my question…

i dont know if Berkeley has a separate Botony undergrad program. your best route is to probably to major in Integrative bio and maybe major in the track that has a more plant focus? or you could always major in what you want, and work in some sort of plantbio lab…

We have a related major, Genetics and plant biology

[Genetics and Plant Biology](Genetics and Plant Biology | UC Berkeley Rausser College of Natural Resources)

Botanists are split between IB and PMB. The IB major will give you are broader set of biology requirements, while GPB will give you a more plant-based intellectual diet.
