Is it true that all USC dorms come with 24 hour room and maid service?

<p>So I have two friends who are almost done with their freshmen year at USC, and they tell me all these seemingly intriguing stories about their lives as students. But one thing that came across is that they mentioned that with your room and board fees you get absolutely free, 24 hour room service? And that you get maids to clean your room every single day and make your bed?</p>

<p>Are these true? or just myths?</p>

<p>Did she mention the jacuzzis in all the rooms? And the valet parkers? And the concierge who helps schedule your ECs? (hehe) </p>

<p>Don’t forget the 24 hour full service dry cleaning, everyone will laugh at your unpressed clothes. </p>

<p>What really impressed me was the private chef and catered meals in the classrooms. Talk about the freshman 10.</p>

<p>I didn’t get free room service, but I did have daily maid service when I spent a semester in Washington DC through a USC program. They put us up in a hotel for the entire semester. Maybe the students who lived at the Radisson got something similar? (The Radisson is a hotel across the street from USC that in the somewhat recent past was used for freshman housing.)</p>

<p>Yes, this was a serious question. Last time I visited USC before i applied for college i almost got run over by a Rolls Royce Phantom so it led me to think the school is very rich.</p>

<p>The do have someone cleaning the bathrooms weekly in the dorms that are suite style along with vacuuming cause they are carpeted floors in that style. It can appear like hotel service because the suites are more private like. I assume they are cleaning the traditional style dorms bathrooms at least weekly as well. :slight_smile: Athletes get some help with other things which may be the source of some rumors.</p>
