Is it worth it to retake ACT/SAT from high school while transferring?

Hello!
This year I'm starting my study at the University of Edinburgh, but, after unsuccesful freshmen application last year, I intend to apply for a transfer to the top engineering programs in the USA.
Knowing that chanches of an international transfer to such selective universities with a financial aid need is extremely low, I'd like to ask you whether, in order to improve my chances, I should retake any of exams I have taken in high school - all of my scores are below.
I know that my scores are quite high and there are the reccommendations, extracurriculars and essays that matter more, but I will use any possibility to improve my chances. For example, studying engineering will allow me obtaining 800 on a SAT Subject Test in physics quite easily, but would it be worth the time spent?
Thanks for your help :)

My scores:

SAT Subject Tests:
Mathematics level 2: 800
Chemistry: 800
Biology: 780

ACT: 33/36
English: 31/36
Mathematics: 36/36
Reading: 30/36 (I scored 32/36 on my previous ACT exam)
Science reasoning: 36/36
Writing: 8/12

TOEFL: 100/120

There is no reason to ever retake Subject tests as college courses preempt them.

For selective colleges that require standardized testing, retaking the ACT/SAT can sometims help. But with a 33, I don’t think it would be a productive use of your time/money/effort, better to keep up your college academics or improve your ECs.
