Is it Worth Visiting and Applying to these Schools? Chance Me.

Hello there, I am starting to get stuff ready for colleges. Already taking my SATs, I have planned some college trips, and I am about to get sorted on some of my essays. I really do not want to waste trips nor applications, so I was wondering if some of the other members would give me some advice. Here are my stats so far:

Home State: Texas
Hispanic, Catholic, Middle-Class Family

SAT: 660 CR, 640 M, 620 W; total 1920 (should I take another?)
GPA: Weighted: 4.35 Unweighted: 3.95
Rank: 29 out of 663
AP's: World History (3), AP Chemistry, AP Physics I, AP US History (senior year plan on doing AP Biology, AP Calculus/AP Statistics, Ap European History)
Dual-Enrolled in English III at the local community college

Extra Curricular:
Cross Country for 3 years, Team Captain for 2, and Regional Qualifier 2 years in a row
Soccer for 2 years, made Varsity sophomore year, then quit to focus on running
Track and Field for 2 years, invited to major state meets (TCU, Texas Relays)
Part of NHS, Blue Crew, and Astronomy
≈70 hours of Community Service, but I plan on volunteering at Children's Hospital during the summer

I am looking at majoring in some sort of health science, and I want to be a pediatrician. The schools I'm looking at so far are:

University of Texas at Austin
Texas Christian University
Rice University
Tulane University
Boston University

If there are some that I have no chance, or you think of other colleges I should start researching, please reply! Thanks!

Are you a senior already, or still a junior? If a senior, I’d say Rice is a reach; Tulane a high match/low reach; BU a high match (more of a match, but finances could be iffy); UT should be a solid match, since you qualify within the top 7% for guaranteed admissio; I don’t know anything about TCU, but guess it’s a safety. If you’re a junior, a modest bump in test scores could boost your odds significantly.
