Is it wrong for me to think i can finish college in my 4-year degree 2 years?

If i get College Credits from AP's CLEP's and Transfer credits that add up to over 64 credits, am i being delusional to think i can finish my 4 year degree in 2 years?

If your AP and CLEP credits place you out of exactly the right courses, yes it would be entirely possible to finish in only two years. However, most often there are enough courses that aren’t placed out of, or the ones that you do need are in a particular sequence, so you should expect to be there for more than two years. Sit down with your advisor, your AP scores, and your CLEP scores, and see how you can make it work.

Thank you very much, I also created another thread that wasnt answered very well.

Ive contacted some schools like binghamton to ask if i can receive credit for both AP BIO and CLEP BIO. hey said the college accepts double credit, could they have made a mistake?

Each institution sets its own policy about this sort of thing. It is possible that CLEP Bio is used as credit for BiologyA, and AP Bio is used for BiologyB, and that a regular student could conceivably take both BiologyA and BiologyB as part of a degree program. Or, maybe CLEP Bio can be used as “three credits of lower level elective in science” while AP Bio can be used for BiologyB. Most colleges and universities post the current information right on their website. If you can’t find it at the Binghampton website, when you are there for a campus visit, ask for the list of course equivalencies for both AP and CLEP. While you are at it, find out if you can get advanced placement for any SATII exams. Sometimes this is possible too.
