is January SAT scores late for sure?

<p>just heard it from a tutor..she says that schools other than U of California(8 in total) will still accept late SAT scores from January 23rd,2010 （actually arrives on Feb 11).
leave the "score" section on common application blank, explain it to the AOs and it'd still be ok...
is it true? i'm asking becuz i'm really disappointed with my october scores..sigh

<p>I don’t know, I’m not taking the SAT, but I know that there are some schools with Feb. 15 deadlines, and for those schools, you could definitely submit January SAT scores</p>
