Last year I went to the 2nd hardest school in the nation ranked by Washington Post and made all A+'s, but then I moved to a school that is prestigious but not high ranked and is kinda easy?
Anyways, I was thinking of taking these classes my junior year:
Pre-Calculus
AP US History
AP English Language
AP Biology
Physics Pre-AP (honors)
So, do you guys think doubling up in AP Bio and Physics honors is too much? In my school. everyone said (including my teacher) that it isn’t hard… So what do you guys think?
And how can I get a 5 in those three AP exams? I have failed my AP World History exam, and I am scared! Thanks!
I think you can definitely manage that courseload, especially because you have good grades. I know plenty of people who have taken two AP sciences in one year. I think it’s definitely reasonable to do honors Physics and AP bio in the same year.
No i dont thinks so. This was almost my exact same schedule except I took French 3, College Microbiology, Medical Terminology, and AVID instead of Physics. As far as getting a 5 I would begin studying NOW! I made the mistake of studying the week before the exam, and got all 3’s. I also failed world history. But anyways good luck this year!
@ilovemonkeys123 I have to respectfully disagree with the part about managing courseload because they have good grades. The two are completely independent of each other. Unless OP is taking the exact same courses, there’s no guarantee that she will do well.
@royals101 I posted a thread earlier in the High School forum, and I got a 5 on the APUSH test and a 4 on the AP Lang test (not my best, but I didn’t take the class) with advice about what you should do for each exam.
@biobabe101 I got 5s and one 4 on my exams and I started studying in April. It really depends on how the course is taught at the school.
