Is my course load rigorous enough?

I am a sophomore in high school who is looking to go to some top tier colleges in the future Carnegie Mellon, Stanford, Princeton. I am a pretty good student but after discovering this website I have found a problem, my course load. See I go to a small and pretty rigorous Catholic high school where changing course levels is extremely difficult even if you have good grades. The course levels in my school are skills (which is for below average students), general, honors, and AP. Just to give you an idea of where I stand, here is my schedule for this year:
AP World History
English II Honors
Contemporary History Honors-Dual Enrollment
Spanish II General
Chemistry General
Geometry General

I want to move to higher levels in some of these courses, seeing as I have the grades for it I should be able to but my school simply won't let me. So what I want to know is will this sort of un rigorous course load deny me from my top choices?

PS: I am new to this website and this is my first post so if I have said any newbie sort of stuff I am sorry.

You characterize your school as “pretty” rigorous. You seem to be second guessing that. Has your school sent graduates to “top tier” colleges? If you’re not sure ask your college counselor. And if hasn’t sent graduates to top tier colleges discuss the situation with your college counselor. Perhaps an exception can be made for you.

My high school has sends about 5-10 students a year to ivy league schools and another handful to top 25 schools. With this being said I would say that my school is pretty rigorous and I have discussed this with my counselor and she confirmed that under no circumstances will I be moved up. I go to a kind of all decisions are final school.
