I took AP Bio as a sophomore. It’s a LOT of work. But you can probably pull it off if you want to

maybe take out chem?

yeah bio is a lot of work…two sciences would be hard…

It totally depends on your school. I know some schools whose AP Bio courses are easy and some whose are impossibly difficult and dissuade many people in majoring in that field.

It seems rigorous but managable.

When I was a sophomore, I had to handle AP Physics B and Chemistry, but they were fine. It depends on your school. IF you like science, go ahead and take the courses you’ve listed.

It shouldn’t be too much trouble, if you said AP Physics AND AP Chemistry, I would reconsider, but I really think it’ll be okay. Plus, the more challenging the better!

I like the unmentioned relevancy of the above poster’s name. XD

But, yeah, it seems demanding due to the double sciences but perhaps doable depending on your school and personal attitude. I’ve personally never taken AP Bio, though (only Chem and Physics.) I thought that Chem the first time around was rather hard alone, though.

oops, I meant to say AP Bio not AP physics in the last sentence.

anyhoo, I really don’t like AP Bio hence my username lolllll.
but you’ll like it. i like bio too, really. it’s just… my teacher blarghblargh our class average is a fricking C- and she makes tests purposefully hard and she expects us to memorize the textbook word by word when that’s not REALLY the point of learning!!!

sorry, tiny rant. but it’ll be okay. bio will be… fun :)

That looks like my exact schedule when I was a sophomore, except instead of Chem I did PE.

Bio is fun. What I didn’t like was Euro. (The AP exam, not the course.) I think if you don’t mind putting in the hours of studying, your year will be fine and possibly fun.

precalculus is easy. AP Euro, I don’t know. But if it’s like my APWH, then you will be taking a lot of notes. AP Bio seems more conceptual. I think you’ll do alright.

There’s no such thing on CC, right? You should be fine, although it totally depends on your school. At some local ones, you can sleep through everything (including APs) and get straight A’s and then I have some friends at a ridiculous prep school who work their butts off constantly in honors for Bs, and are probably more intelligent. You should have a better idea of the rigor, but from the looks of it you won’t be overwhelmed

Not at all tough guy

Are the rest honors?

I don’t think so. Pre-calc is pretty easy, and chemisty isn’t bad if you understand it (some people just don’t). I haven’t taken AP Euro or AP Bio, so I don’t know much about the difficultly, but I would think your course load is manageable.

Assuming that AP Euro is roughly the same amount of work as APWH, then no you’re not screwed unless your teachers are ridiculously hard. I know a lot of people who are taking the exact same courses as you are but are taking APWH instead and Physics and they’re holding up pretty well. It’s gonna be a lot of work though.

We dont know you very well, so we cant really say what you will/will not be able to handle.

I hear alot of people saying AP bio and chem is a lot, but I currently take both and its pretty manageable. (and my chemistry class is pretty much like an AP class… same teacher for AP chem next year… wonder how hard the class will be)

All depends on if your a science person or not. (I am)
