what's the min CR score and ACT score i need to get in order to get into these colleges?

Wow, looks like you definitely had some trouble with the standardized tests. You are in luck, though. Penn State University Park's decision is 2/3 gpa and 1/3 SAT. Your gpa is very good, which will definitely be a big help. Just make sure to study hard and try to get that SAT score up as much as you can and make sure to get the application in AS EARLY AS YOU CAN. The admission is rolling, so it only gets harder the longer you wait.

No, actually i really didn't study for it that much, so i am going to sacrifice my summer to study for those tests. If i get a 23 or higher on the ACT, whats my chance for getting accepted to purdue? thank you

I dont think it is as concrete as Penn States 2/3 GPA, etc. A 23 ACT score would put you at the 25% mark for Purdue. I think you could probably get in with that score and your grades but I'd try to get around 24-25 to be more sure. As for SAT you would probably have to bring it into the 500+ range for each section but worth a shot.
